Dear Kryssi and Crios,

I wish to thank you for your untiring efforts and encouragement to become healthier,stronger and achieve a fitness level decades younger than my age.

When I came to you I was verging on being obese with high blood pressure and dangerous insulin levels that would lead to diabetes if I kept living a life without exercise and good diet.

Due your dedicated personal training over the past year my weight has decreased by 18 kg, my waist measurement has decreased by 16cm, blood pressure and pulse rate are excellent , bone density has increased dramatically, insulin levels decreased into very healthy levels, testosterone has increased and estrogen level decreased. Pesticides and heavy metals have almost disappeared.

Now my food digests much more efficiently, I sleep much better and think much clearer and have more optimistic view on everything.

Previously I would never have dreamed that I would wake early to go to your training sessions as the most important life improving part of my day.

I can strongly recommend your training to anyone with the foresight to wish to live a healthier, longer and more worthwhile life,

I was very athletic growing up but took up a sedentary profession and after my first child was born over a year and a half ago I got stuck in a rut when it came to healthy eating and fitness. I was a sugar addict, drank way too much soft drink and was generally unhappy with where I had let myself get to. The 6 week challenge provided me with the perfect opportunity to face my fears and do something for me.

I have done bootcamps and clean eating before and had results but I have really enjoyed the GetFit approach. Kryssi really knows her stuff and she is real and works with you based on your goals. All the trainers are great Katie, Crios and Chris and they have different approaches and I like this because you get a variety in the work outs. The regulars who attend make you feel welcome and they are supportive. There are all sorts of ages, body shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

After completing the 6 week challenge I have lost 4.1kg and 22cms from my mid section (waist, hips, belly button). I feel 100% better. The tone in my legs and arms has returned. I don’t feel bloated, I am able to fit more into my days and I feel like my mood is better regulated! My fitness has improved so much and I can not wait to kick off the next challenge.
